Meet the ESPN The Fan lineup!

Ben Criddle 

Ben Criddle hails from Glendale, Arizona. After playing junior college football he served a Spanish speaking mission for his church in Spokane, Washington. In 2005, he “walked-on” to the BYU football team, later earning a scholarship and becoming a two year starter at cornerback. Ben graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2008 and moved on to become the current owner and founder of OrthoPros of Utah, (a distributor of DJO Global orthopedic devices and other medical equipment). August 3rd 2011, marked his official launch into the sports radio world as the co-host of CougarSports, the first successful BYU dedicated sports radio show. Ben has been supplying cougar nation with candid, unfiltered cougar sports analysis with a dose of attempted humor everyday since that summer morn. Put on your blue goggles and join him from 3-7pm as he breaks down all things BYU throughout the year.

 

Brice Larson 

Brice Larson is the co-host of Brice & Bianucci on 103.9 and 98.3 ESPN The Fan, one of Utah’s fastest rising and most entertaining sports talk morning shows. Known for its high energy, sharp sarcasm, and laugh-out-loud moments, Brice & Bianucci have quickly built a reputation as the go-to destination for fans who want both insight and entertainment to start their day.
A Utah native, Brice began his broadcasting career in June 2021 as the executive producer of Cougar Sports with Ben Criddle on ESPN 960. His passion for sports media started at Utah Valley University, where he hosted the Utah Valley Basketball Coaches Show alongside former NBA champion Mark Madsen. He graduated from UVU in 2023 with a degree in communications and continues to stay closely connected to the school, broadcasting Division I athletics on both ESPN The Fan and ESPN+.
On-air, Brice brings a unique blend of humor, edge, and sports knowledge, helping position Brice & Bianucci as “the underdogs” of Utah sports talk radio—and one of its most exciting new voices. The show is especially known as Utah’s home for Major League Baseball coverage, while also delivering strong takes on local teams, the NFL, and college football.
A proud Utah native, Brice combines his deep-rooted love for the local sports scene with a fresh, modern approach to sports talk making every morning unpredictable, engaging, and, above all, entertaining.

Ronald Weaver III 

Ronald Weaver lll is from Chicago, IL. and is currently studying Sports Media at Brigham Young University. He is the Executive Producer of Cougar Sports with Ben Criddle and also works as a reporter, writer & producer for ESPN 960 & 700.
