For those who forgot, or want a refresher, take a look at Mangum’s high school highlight tape. Tanner’s older brother Parker joined the program to give an update on his brother, and he jokes that Tanner ballooned to 285 pounds. There is no work for Tanner as he heads to Provo on Monday to start working out with the team.

Dallas (Texas) Woodrow Wilson 2017 receiver Charleston Rambo was recently offered by BYU, but his interest may not be extremely high. Rambo spoke with Scout. com and is enamored with Texas Tech and that is his only visit set this summer. Rambo also said that coaching relationships is a big component in where he will play college football. Tulsa and Oklahoma State are schools he has not heard from but would like to. Rambo coming to Provo, Utah, seems unlikely.
BYU offered its second high school player from Crosby, Texas, in center Keenan Murphy. The other is wide receiver Manny Netherly.
